Melissa A. Knight, MA, BCC, MCC

Melissa Knight is a master certified coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) along with being a board certified coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing and Education. Melissa holds her M.A. in Psychology, and has over 20 years’ experience in higher education along with being a frequent presenter on how the coaching process supports academics. In addition to providing coaching services Melissa is a trainer, speaker and published author. She created this Coach Training to help coaches bring their expertise to the next level. As an active member of ICF and ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO) she is continuously adding for new information to keep the training program fresh and current.

Amanda Evans, M.A., MBA, ACC

Amanda received her M.A. in clinical psychology from Murray State University and provided university students and community members with a variety psychological assessments and counseling services, with the focus of the practicum work directed toward the assessment of learning differences and executive functioning deficits in college students. She joined Lynn University in 2004, is a Senior Academic Coach, and for the past 16 years has provided academic coaching services to students. Amanda has presented research-based learning strategies for students to faculty, advisors, tutors, high school teachers and ADHD support groups at the regional and national level. She is a an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and currently an Educational Leadership doctoral student at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida.

Dr. Natalie M. Capiro, ACC, M.Ed, M.B.A

Dr. Natalie Capiro is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, Academic Coach, lecturer, and instructor for various topics in higher education (leadership, management, entrepreneurship and innovation). With over a decade of experience in Higher Education with the Office of Admission and Enrollment, Student Affairs and Academic Affairs, Natalie seeks to educate and empower individuals in identifying their greatest potential through mindfulness, emotional intelligence and leadership. Natalie is passionate about education and leadership, receiving formal education with Master degrees in Educational Leadership and Business Administration and also receiving her Doctorate in Educational Leadership, particularly specializing in Mindfulness and the Mind, Body connection. Through her formal education, professional experiences within academia and extensive research, Natalie considers neuro-education mental-wellness curriculum to be a foundational and necessary component in implementing the awareness of the mind-body connection. Natalie considers herself a humanitarian, and humanist. Natalie believes in the power of self-awareness.
